Ordering Products

If you have an account with us or if you wish to order product/s and pay by T/T (Bank Transfer) or sterling cheque (UK only) in advance, please first fax your order to +44 (0) 1256 854931 or email to . The list below indicates the details required on the order. Click here for details of ordering by credit card.

1. Your Purchase Order number
2. A brief description of the products required and their product codes
3. The quantities required
4. The purchase price
5. Requested delivery date
6. The delivery address (one delivery address per order please)
7. The invoice address
8. Your contact details including your telephone, fax number and email address
9. Any special order instructions, including for instance your own shipping agent details if you wish to use them.

If you do not have an account with us our sales department will contact you to agree the method of payment.

An order confirmation will be faxed to you promptly and will detail the products ordered and the anticipated shipment date. If you do not receive the order conformation within a day please contact us urgently, as we may not have received your order.

Notes:

• If you have not included the shipping charge on your order this will be added to the total cost and detailed on the order confirmation.
  
• We aim to dispatch products within 2 working days of order receipt, should any delays occur you will be contacted immediately.
  
• We have all the relevant Export Approvals to ship products world-wide.
