Data Transfer Problems

Problem Symptom	Possible Cause(s)	Action
During data transfer, RR poll frames are transmitted, and eventually the link resets.	T1 too short.	Reconfigure the T1 timeout period to a longer value: Run the X.PORT Configuration Program, select the line, and click on the Properties button, then click on the Level 2 tab, and increase the size of the Retransmission Timeout (T1) parameter.
An X.25 Reset Request packet is sent or Reset Indication packet is received with diagnostic code 0x01.	The layer 3 default window size configuration is incorrect.	Reconfigure the layer 3 window size: Run the X.PORT Configuration Program, select the line, and click on the Properties button, then click on the Basic Level 3 tab, change Default Window Size parameter.
