| The X.PORT WAN Service fails to start | The X.PORT adapter loader program (loadadpt.exe) has failed. | Go to the loadadpt command prompt - see what error is displayed, and check below for the action to take. Note: if loadadpt fails, it may be easier to run the program explicitly in order to see the error message produced. Start a command prompt window, and go to the \tsf folder, and run loadadpt.exe. |
